Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 cups garbanzo beans
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seed
  • 1 medium diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon diced ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 whole jalapeno Pepper diced
  • dash  of salt
  • 1/2 whole fresh lime juice
  • 10 sprigs fresh cilantro diced fine

Instructions

Heat up skillet. When skillet is hot add the ghee. When ghee is hot add the coriander seeds and fennel seeds. Add the onions, garlic, jalapeno and ginger. Sauté until golden brown. Add the spinach and garbanzos. Sauté for 5 minutes. Add the fresh lime juice and garnish with the fresh cilantro.
