Ingredients
- 1 cup Chickpea flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup yogurt
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 whole fresh lemon juice
Temper
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 whole diced jalapeno pepper
- 5 leaves curry leaves
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except for the Temper into a bowl. Stir until everything is mixed without any lumps. Set aside for at least 4 hours. The batter should be like pancake batter.
Pour batter into glass pan. Have on store a pot with water and a vegetable steamer. Place the glass pan on the steamer and bring to a boil. Place a lid and cook for around 15 to 20 minutes until the dolka is done.
