Ingredients

  • 2 large zucchini cut in thin slices.
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • dash of salt
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

 
Slice zucchini in thin slices. Heat olive oil. When oil is hot fry zucchini until golden brown. Wipe of excess oil with a paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and freshly grated parmesan cheese. When cheese is melted take off burner and place zucchini on serving plate.
Do in batches.
 

Comments

This is very easy to make. This dish comes from Italy. It ’s great when zucchini is in season. I love how simple it is.
