Veggie Bacon and Lettuce sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 strip Bacon, meatless
  • 4 slices sprouted grain bread
  • 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha hot chili sauce
  • 2 leaf Boston lettuce

Instructions

Pre heat oven to 350.
Place bacon on cookie sheet and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
In small bowl add the mayonnaise, peanut butter and chili paste. Stir until you have a paste. Spread paste on the 4 toasted bread. Add the 4 bacon slices to bread and then add the lettuce.
