Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bunch fresh spinach
  • 1 cup grated jarlsberg cheese
  • 4 slice grated havarti cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Soup, onion, dry, mix

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350
Sauté spinach in olive oil until spinach is done. Takes around 2 minutes. Chop up spinach and add to casserole pan. Place all ingredients in pan and stir. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips.
