Ingredients

  • 2 cups green peas
  • 3 tablespoons shallots
  • 15 cracker whole wheat crackers
  • 1 oz  walnuts
  • 3 cloves diced garlic
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala

Instructions

 
Add eggs to pan. Add water to cover eggs. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Peel eggs and set aside.
Heat up skillet. Add olive oil. When olive oil is hot add the mustard and cumin seeds.
When seeds pop add the onions and garlic. Sauté until they are golden brown.
Add the garam massala. Sauté for a few minutes. Add the peas and cook for around 4 minute or until peas are done.
Put all ingredients into food processor. Pulse until you have a smooth mixture.
