Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat gluten
  • 2 stalk celery
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • dash of salt
  • 1  tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 4 large pita bread
  • 1/4 cup bean sprouts
 

Instructions

 Dice gluten in chunks.
 Mix gluten with mayonnaise and diced celery.
 Add curry powder and salt.
 Stuff in pita bread top with sprouts.
 
 

Comments

I used to love making this in Del Mar after a morning of surfing. It was quick and easy. I need something quick to eat after surfing.
