Brown rice nori rolls

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon tamari
- 1 medium carrot
- 1/2 bunch Broccoli
- 1/8 tablespoon Mirin Rice Cooking Wine
- 6 nori sheets
Instructions
Add water and brown rice to pan. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 45 minutes.
Heat up skillet. Add olive oil. When oil is hot add the onions and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes. Add the carrots and broccoli. Add the tamari and 1/4 cup water. Sauté for a few minutes. Put a lid on and take off burner.
When rice is done take off burner and let it sit for 10 minutes. Add the vegetable mixture to the rice.
Place some of all the ingredients on the nori and gently roll up the rest of the nori. Make sure you roll it nice and tight. Do this for the 5 other nori sheets.
