Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup garbanzo beans
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Seeds, sesame butter, paste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 whole fresh lemon juice

Pita

  • 4 large pita bread
  • 1 whole avocado diced
  • 1 medium tomato diced 
  • 1/4 whole jalapeno pepper diced

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Garnish with paprika.
 
Open up pita bread. Divide tomatoes and avocado into fourths. Add them to pita breads. Spoon hummus over tomatoes and avocado mixture.
 

Comments

This is a delicious sandwich. It’s not quite Persian because of the avocado but it’s a great sandwich.
