Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 16 oz shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol
  • 1 cup  pomegranates
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Instructions

Heat up skillet. When skillet is hot add the olive oil and vanilla. When oil is hot add your shrimp and sauté for a few minutes. Add the pomegranate and sauté for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro
