  • 2 cups orange juice fresh or bottled
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder

Instructions

Put frozen banana, freshly squeezed orange juice and protein powder in blender.

This was a classic recipe from my teenager days in the sixties. Very refreshing on a hot summer day. I used to drink this after a session of ocean surfing. Web surfing was not invented back then.
