Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 8 oz chorizo
  • 8 oz shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol
  • 1 medium red pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro 

Instructions

Heat up skillet. Add the olive oil and vanilla. When oil is hot add the chorizo and the red pepper. Sauté until the chorizo is done. Add the shrimp and sauté for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
