Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 breast, bone removed chicken breast
  • 1 cup green pepper
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Marinade

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Stir until spices are dissolved in yogurt. Place chicken in bowl and marinate overnight.
Pre heat oven to 425
Heat up large cast iron skillet. When skillet is hot add the olive oil. When oil is hot add the onions, garlic and green pepper. Sauté for a few minutes. Add the chicken mixture. Place skillet in oven and cook for 20 minutes.
Turn oven to broil
Broil for around 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is golden brown.
