Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 whole eggplant
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1/8 medium onion
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 4 whole naan 

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to broil
Slice eggplant into thin slices. broil eggplant for around 15 minutes or until done.
 
Slice tomatoes and onions.
Place eggplant on naan. Place tomatoes, onions and cilantro on top. Mix yogurt and chat masala together. Spoon over ingredients.

This is an Indian recipe I made up. It ’s a great vegetarian dish.
