Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 16 oz penne
  • 1 medium diced onion
  • 1 medium diced zucchini
  • 1 large canned tomatoes
  • 1 cup cream
  • 4 fl oz Alcoholic beverage, distilled, vodka, 80 proof
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • dash of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
 

Instructions

 
Heat up water in pan. Bring to a boil. Add the penne. Cook for around 9 to 11 minutes until dente.
 
 In separate pan sauté the onions in the olive oil until done. Add the zucchini and sauté until done. Add the tomatoes, cream and vodka and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Add the salt and pepper.
