Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 slices organic sprouted bread
  • 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 5 leaf  fresh Spinach
  • 2 slice provolone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon pickled ginger
 

Instructions

Toast the bread. Spread the mayonnaise and peanut butter on the toast. Add the cheese, spinach and the pickled ginger. Slice the sandwich in half.

Comments

I love different tasting sandwiches. This one is a combination of peanut butter, mayo, spinach, cheese and last by not least pickled ginger. The flavors are amazing.
