Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 4 whole naan
  • 10 large shrimp
  • 1/16 bottle dos equis beer
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1/16 medium onion
  • 1/16 teaspoon saffron
  • 10 whole cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • pinch of salt
 

Instructions

Heat up pan. Add coconut oil. When oil is hot add the shrimp and tomatoes. Sauté until shrimp is pink. Add the beer and saffron. Cook until beer is dissolved. Add another portion of beer and cooked until beer is dissolved. 
 
Cut up each naan into 4 triangles. Spread mayonnaise on top. Spread the shrimp and tomato mixture. Garnish with fresh sliced onions.

Here’s one of my favorite sandwiches I created. Indian naan with a saffron beer sauce with cherry tomatoes.
