Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 15 large shrimp
  • 2 serving Turkey sausage, fresh, raw
  • 1 large potato
  • 2 large corn on the cob
  • 1 teaspoon gumbo file
  • 1/16 teaspoon saffron
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 leg alaska king crab
  • 3 teaspoons cooking wine
 

Instructions

Put all ingredients in pan except for the corn and the crab legs. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Cut corn of cob and place in pot. Add the crab legs. Cook for 2 minutes. Drain the water. This water is incredible for a fish stock. There are recipes on this site using this stock.
 
 Serve.
