Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 3 large carrots
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seed
  • 2 pat butter

Instructions

Dice cauliflower and carrots.
Sauté in butter and caraway seeds.
Add pinch of salt.
Be sure not to overcook the vegetables. The vegetables should be somewhat crunchy.
 

Comments

When I was living in Florida I made this for a dinner party with some fresh fish. I love how simple this dish is and how it tasted. Just make sure you do not overcook the vegetables.
