Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons Berbere 
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 medium eggs
  • salt to taste
 

Instructions

Heat up skillet. Add your olive oil and berbere. Mix together. When oil is hot add your eggs and cook for a few minutes. I place a lid over the eggs to keep steam and fry the eggs. I like mine over easy. Add salt to taste.
