Ingredients

  • 2 piece swordfish
  • 1/4 cup miso
  • 6 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 oz sake

Instructions

Add miso, brown sugar and sake to bowl. Stir until you have a sauce.  Place fish into bowl. Let it marinate overnight.
Pre heat oven to broil.
Place fish on cookie sheet and broil for 12 to 15 minutes.
